Can’t swap avatars in Superstar mode for PS5

Since about October I haven’t been able to swap avatars in Superstar mode. I just get a flashing error message. I can play a game in the mode but that’s really it. Also my dark uniform doesn’t load & when I go to edit it, I get an error message. And the look of my avatar changes when I have a good game & I’m being interviewed by the press. When is this going to be fixed so I can play the only mode I buy the game for?
