Can not purchase the Undercity Starter Pack Key BUG! MUT 26

Title. I know other players are facing this issue, where we want to grind and get candy by doing the Trick or Treat challenges, but it says you need a key, so I try to buy one, but the pack is locked. Says "You already own this key!" and I go check my binder and nothing is there!

EA, please fix your game and hire some new developers. This is sad. People want to play the game, but can't even grind to build a better team. A middle schooler could fix this code within minutes. Wake up EA
