Cannot remove players from IR

I’m on the 2nd season of my first franchise.

I’ve got like 9 guys on IR the first going on there week 1 and no one is allowed off. I’m now in the conference championship but from week 13 until  now I checked every week. I would go to injury screen and even though it said no return I still checked the manage rosters screen and even made sure I had an opening on my roster and it still would never let anyone off IR.

there are several other bugs like the rookie  OTA speech coming week 13 and being given to a guy who was a rookie last season. Or a lot of players having 0 traits including edge players having none. Or the fact that there are no Sam LB in free agency in franchise except during the offseason so you can trade terrible Sam lb for great players because 20 teams need a Sam. But IR is the biggest to me personally.
