Can't set Wear and Tear and Progressive fatigue to both on or both off

Which game mode were you playing when the issue happened? Franchise
Did you get any error messages? No
What happened in the game leading up to the issue? I went to Franchise settings and League settings in Franchise. I cannot set both Progressive Fatigue and Wear and Tear to off, and I can't set both to on.
What was supposed to happen before the issue came up? Players should be able to set both of these thing off or both on.
Do you have any screenshots or video clips of the issue? No, but this is easily replicable.
