Charged Multiple Times – Ultimate Team Crashes, Missing Content, No Resolution for Months

I am reporting an ongoing issue with Madden NFL 26 Ultimate Team that has been happening for months with no resolution.
I have made multiple purchases in Ultimate Team. The game processes the payment immediately, but then crashes before the content is delivered. The result is simple: money taken, content not received.
This is not a one-time issue. This has happened repeatedly over an extended period.
What I have already done:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
- Restarted console and network
- Verified purchases through my platform account
- Attempted to locate support channels (which are unnecessarily difficult to navigate)
Despite all of this, the issue continues.
The most frustrating part is the lack of accountability:
- Payments go through instantly with zero issues
- There is no clear, direct way to report the problem
- No automatic recovery of missing content
- No proactive support from EA
At this point, this is not just a bug—it is a failure in service. If a system can consistently take payment, it should be able to consistently deliver the purchased content.
I am requesting the following:
- Immediate review of my account and transaction history
- Delivery of all missing Ultimate Team content OR full refunds for failed transactions
- Investigation into the crash occurring during/after purchases
- A clear and reliable support pathway for issues involving paid content
This has gone on long enough. I expect a response and a resolution.
