Crashing in the middle of a game

Why, why, why, EA,, In the middle of a game MADDEN '26 crashing.. I'm winning a beat down and it pops up and say,, something went wrong, all stats, and any thing I did will not be recorded. Is there anyone on this platform can help me stop having all these errors and problems. Please help me. Because EA Doesn't care about what's going on with MADDEN '26.. EA is not helping me,, I've been getting errors since the day I purchased MADDEN '26 last year. Please platform help me. S.O.S please help me!
