Combine and not being able to play at all in superstar

When I get into the combine and try to skip the cutscene my game crashes. And if I don’t skip the cutscene it doesn’t even let me play it just shows me the colts stadium. I can’t get past this so now I can’t even play superstar at all. Fix this problem
