Re: Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

They don’t seem to care. Been months for some people. The only response you get when you actually talk to a human is they are working on it and it will be available ASAP. I’ve gone at least 2 updates with it still broken. 2 kids in my house can use it but my account can’t. Makes no sense and zero help or care from Sony about it. 

Was finally able to Superstar for about 6 hours interrupted. Hopefully, it stays up. But thank you EA if you have fixed the servers.

Do your job and fix superstar 

It’s been MONTHS and I’m talking MONTHS since I’ve been able to play superstar. There has been multiple updates with no fix still. I can’t believe I wasted 80$ on this game. Whoever is running EA needs to go. They need to rebuild that company from the ground up. Im still mad so ima say it again, I PAID 80$ for this game

Every time I start up SuperStar it gives me an error and I am sure EA is working on it but this has been going on since October 

I got madden 26 a 2 months ago and still can’t play superstar at all, how are you gonna update the game but not fix the error?

Hrm. I have been able to play through almost 2 seasons since yesterday. There are small glitches, like wrong stats occasionally popping up on the commentator pop-ups. But game play has heen smooth.

I want my money back. And will never buy madden, collage football, NHL ever again. I’ve bought these games every year since 2014 regardless of the lack of development every year for updated rosters, uniforms, equipment and “improved gameplay”

Every time I try to load the superstar mode  it say an error has occurred can you guys please fix it this is one of my favorite game modes 

I’m having the same problem I can’t play superstar mode but like this for months 

Basically r recently after the madden update, my superstar hasn’t been working. I’ve tried deleting the game downloading it back. Nothing has worked said error please contact ear support visit the EA forms so that’s what I’m doing right now. I don’t know what I can do to fix this or what y’all can do to fix this, but may y’all please fix this thank you.

EA please help me this mode is the only reason i bought this game. I haven’t been able to play since october and it’s january. My Xbox gamer tag is Sandoval0824 please help.

When attempting to port over my College Football 26 RTG player to Madden 26 there has been an error occurred message and it's been stopping me from playing the mode for months now.

The NFL season is almost over and the game is still broken. I won’t buy another game from them.

This has been going on for the last two months. 
I click on superstar or ultimate team and it continues to say error. I’ve updated everything possible and nothing has fixed the issue. Has there been any fix for it?
