MUT squads is unplayable. Everytime my friends and I load into a game one of us is kicked for no reason. A desync/ “the connection is lost to your peer” happens. It is super frustrating to even have a mode that is unplayable to most. When I email EA they respond with “forums is best way to fix problem” but the problem is never fixed. PLEASE FIX MUT SQUADS EA

Posting on this thread as well as the Bugs thread to hopefully get more attention and fix the issue..
I have only had the game for 2 days now, and I have yet to play a full online match in MUT. Every single game ends early due to a desync.I tried switching up to doing co-op challenges with a friend and we can only get through a couple quick one-drive challenges before experiencing a desync. Any challenge that has more than a few minutes of gameplay results in a desync.
I’ve contacted my internet provider because it was happening so often and they explained this is almost certainly a server issue with EA as opposed to an issue with my internet connection.
I see many people have reported experiencing the same issue, and have yet to see any response from EA to take accountability, let alone even acknowledge that this is an issue. At the point where I likely am going to request a refund. The game is genuinely unplayable in any online ultimate team game mode.Would greatly appreciate if anyone that sees this could like and comment on this thread to increase the chances of EA seeing it.

Its crazy to me man. Ive seen multiple reddit threads, forum posts, and twitter threads and all just complaining about it. The fact they haven't said anything about it seems to me that they're going to push it under the rug since its not a wide scale issue that's affecting everyone. I dont even care if they fix it fast, but like an acknowledgement would be sick that they know it's an issue would help.

I have the same thing happening. Couldn’t play Squads at all. So we tried doing challenges together Co-op and even that was desyncing every few challenges.
Seriously considering requesting a refund at this point. The game is actually unplayable online. And they aren’t making any announcement about it to take accountability, or even acknowledge that it’s an issue.

I don't even know if these forums get read by anyone at EA, but this is insane. I've been desyncing for the last week in both H2H event on MUT and squads. If its the H2H event, I'm desyncing if I get the ball first on offense, but not on defense. If its squads, I'm literally not making it past the kickoff in both duos and trios. I've tried multiple lineups, resetting my internet, using ethernet cable, reinstalled the game, cleared cache, and cleared strategy items with no luck.
This was not an issue since release and just started happening to me around 5-6 days ago. Can this please get addressed or I'm seriously considering going to my bank for a refund. Actually criminal.

Experienced a desync error in a ranked game I was winning 14-0. Buddy must’ve unplugged the router or something as it desyncs right after I scored my second touchdown. Anyways, it didn’t count and I’m pissed. Leave it to EA to have no integrity and glitchy exploits like such in their game. Is there even a proper place to submit a report? Or do I just do it here?? If you’re looking EA, my Gamertag is Master P7710 and my weasel opponent was c_ryan_77 match ended approximately 10:56 pm est on 8/23
