Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken
What do we expect from EA. This might be your last CTR w NFL. And u can't get any patch updates working correctly?? After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled. However MUT works lol of course cus that's your golden goose, surprisingly franchise mode working. This on a brand spanking bought Series x. And yes internet is fine and I have a 240hrz 4k sony tv w 7.1 soundbar. And yes I build computers so im pretty technically savy. SO this is not a customer issue its an EA SERVER ISSUE And yes Confired w EA online virtual chat w no resolution. Y charge 100.00 -120.00 for a video game when its worth 30.00 no more, due to no features working or available or bugged & no response from EA. EA DO BETTER!! And get this fixed ASAP. FYI that's what pops up everytime Superstar tries to get launched on Series x. However Franchise & other gm modes work fine.Sugar Rush Air Raid needs to be changed.
Respectfully. Those games are long, boring, and excruciating. Just disconnected from ea servers 5 games in and have my progress reset. Was talking to chat agents the past 2 days with no progress. Air Raid needs shorter quarters or somebody at ea can just give me that 95 DRC. EA is genuinely buns. It’s a free card. Why would they put it 10 games deep knowing how buns their servers are. Crazy
Superstar mode still not working
So after months of not being able to play my superstar mode, i'm talking about since october, I have not been able to play superstar mode.Imagine my shock and surprise when I log in last week and I am actually able to play my superstar but not cb for some reason, fast forward about 3 days when I requested a trade of my quarterback, so once I did that superstar mode completely glitched on me again. And now I am unable to sign in to superstar mode again, it says error 264 now, for months it would say error 263, I feel like you guys are just making **bleep** up at this point i mean How are you going to give somebody false Hope like that by teasing them and letting them play their. Favorite mode for 2 seconds before glitching it again, you guys really need to fix this Game mode or give us all refunds. Because this is ridiculous. Hello, After the server downtime earlier today, 3-21-2026, my friend noticed an issue where they weren't able to continue within the franchise mode league as the team they picked and it only gave them the option to pick a team and to make a coach. I logged in to check to see what I could do and it shows that the team they had originally was still occupied but with absolutely no user info or any way of removing the now glitched user. Is there any way to get this resolved somehow and to roll back to a working instance of our franchise league?
The Connection Failed
Keep getting this message: "In order to access the online features for this title, your account on PlayStation network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers". I am signed in on my PlayStation account, but for some reason, my PS5 is not accessing the EA servers. The PS5 is hardwired, the cache has been cleared, I've restarted my router and still nothing. When I do finally get some kind of log in, I get kicked out with a note that says "Anyone else dealing with this?
