Continuous roster update loop

To start an online h2h game: updates roster EVERY time, before you can start the game. 

Go to roster: it automatically wants to update again. Anything you adjust and save is pointless as it makes you update again upon trying to enter a game. 

This whole thing just continues. It's been weeks now. Crickets. 

You care about selling stuff, and don't seem to care at all about quality of what you sell. So I guess my only option will be to not spend my money with this company going forward.
