CPU skill level in franchise mode

When you play an offline franchise mode game if you add a guest as a user(to use the CPU team) there skill level is auto set to pro and won’t allow you to change it, so the user team is on all-madden but the other guest users team is on pro how does one quick this, shouldn’t be that complicated
