Crash loading ultimate team

I'm experiencing multiple crashes while trying to load the Ultima team section of the game. Many times. This occurs when I am opening a pack and then choose to go back using the circle button. It will play the animations and music in the background but will not let me move to the next screen to make any other selections. I always have to reset the game in order to continue to play.
