Superstar mode hurry up glitch

Every time it’s late game in quarterback superstar mode I hit triangle to hurry up the offense and it goes to spike with no option to snap the ball. I’ve lost so many games due to this feature. I want to play the game on all-madden so it’s actually a close game but this bug just makes the whole mode obsolete. I have been seeing this reported since the game has come out so I’m literally just screaming into a void. The only thing you care about is micro-transactions; so I don’t think I’ll ever purchase this game again. I mean, if EA didn’t care about quality before they got bought out?! They definitely won’t now.
