Defensive Tackle Ratings Glitch Franchise Mode

It has been over a month since the game has been released, and still, whenever you start a franchise all defensive tackle ratings are boosted. Some examples are Chris Jones and Dexter Lawrence are 97 overall but in franchise both are 99 at the start. Derrick Brown is 95 overall is also 99. Cam Heyward is 94 but 99 in franchise. It seems all defensive tackles receive an increased rating once you start a franchise. Wondering when this will be addressed. All honesty, it's the same game released each year with a few new features and no really reason for the bugs to exist or not be fixed in a more timely manner.
