Didn't receive my premium 99 reward

I received a 99 bnd from the field pass but it was Brian Dawkins and then i bought the surge theme team premium pass but I never received a bnd 99 surge player it was like it counted the 1 99 for both of my rewards and I never received anything after resetting my console or going in and out the game. I sent a photo of my players my most recent player from theme team surge is the 99 dawkins is my most recent and only 99 I recently received for my field pass bnd I tried troubleshooting with ea help still couldn't get my 99 player anyone else having this issue?
