Madden incorrectly recording record

I have had issues with EA incorrectly recording my record but this is the worst case. I played the first half of an online game where I got the ball drove down the one yard line and my opponent paused the game for an extended period, did not return to the game, and disconnected. This game was recorded as a loss on my record. I tried to upload the recording of exactly what occurred but this forum won’t allow a file that big so I have attached photos from the recording and I have the full screen recording if anyone at EA would like full video evidence of this occurs. It is painful to watch a simple game have so many mistakes but this is the one that set me over the edge to come here, your game is no longer playable at all functional level for multiplayer and as a fan who’s been playing since madden 2000 it’s just disappointing.

(I am aware it says I lost connection but the opened paused the game for about 4-5 minutes and the game told me I had lost connection immediately following the end of the pause. This was not my connection and I know this is the case.)
