Dispute Regarding Wrongful Ban and Coin Removal
I believe my ban was unjustified. I request evidence of any actions that allegedly violated EA’s rules. I received a warning on Oct 17, 2025, yet an email on Oct 16, 2025, indicated my ban, leading to a wrongful suspension and the loss of over 2.5 million coins that I earned legitimately.
I purchased the MVP Bundle and effectively used the 4600 Madden Points to build my MUT coins. Accusations of cheating without proof reflect poorly on EA’s business practices. Imagine investing hours into a game only to lose everything due to a hasty evaluation.
I never bought or sold coins through third parties, nor did I use bots or disconnection methods for coin accumulation. I play with integrity and a competitive spirit. The so-called “AUTO BAN” system is flawed and needs review. I ask for clarification on how these decisions were made, as EA Help has not provided any details.
