Make 'Em Cover It All Coaching Ability Downgrade Bug

The offensive coaching ability, "Make 'Em Cover it All," has two progression goals:

Upgrade: 400+ Pass Yards in a Game, Two Times
Downgrade: Throw in 2 Interceptions in a Game [one time]

My Make 'Em Cover it All ability has repeatedly been downgraded after games where I have throw zero interceptions, but my defense has intercepted the opposing Quarterback 2+ times. 

It seems as though this downgrade is not triggering as intended, and has the if, X=Y then Z mixed around in the programming with who the offending team needs to be to have this ability downgraded. It should only downgrade when your own team gives away 2 INTs, not when it produces 2+INTs on defense.
