EA GMM Giveaway Error

On Thursday may 21st, I Won a GMM Giveaway for Gt Randy Moss and GT Jonathan Ogden. I know it usually takes a week, but now it’s been a week and 2 days and all I have gotten is an error that says something along the lines of “GMM_GIVEAWAY_ERROR (Clicked too fast can’t remember exactly. Can someone please help or get me in contact with the Mut team? Thanks
