EA I beg please just help

This is happening too often to me on PC. Every time I would go to edit Att or Jersey numbers, as soon as I save and exit I get locked into a frozen screen. I can't click anything or do anything besides close game and reopen which is making me lose interesting in reopening madden. If i knew this problem occurs on pc i would've bought Madden on console. 

I also want to say Madden should have a quick player editor like 2K. Going individual player by player is exhausting and LONG.

Please Help me find a solution or is this not fixable. 
If not fixable i would like a refund because i Paid for a full game not a bug written game.
