Error code 264 superstar mode

I’ve deleted everything the app (multiple times) all of my cache? Gone. All of my data? Gone. Everything. Why the **bleep** would This bug still exist?

I’ve done everything. EVERY SINGLE TROUBLESHOOTING EFFORT IMAGINABLE. I finally gave up and attempted to fight to get help from EA. Appears that’s not possible. Unbelievable the lack of heart this company has.

I haven’t been able to open superstar since the first  3 months of this game.

Ok so I’m on Ps5 and whenever I try superstar it shows error 264 is anyone else getting this and is there any way to fix?

I don’t know why it won’t I keep getting error code 264

Madden 26 superstar mode give an error stating (264)

Is it possible to troubleshoot this please. It started after I tried to import my second player from cfb 26. Been like this for a year now.

Much appreciated

Bro EA doesn't fix glitches for madden. I quit playing superstar bc the gamemode is so horrible. like there are literally so many glitches in it and none of them have been fixed almost a year since the game was launched
