ERROR, ERROR, ERROR, i must be trying to play superstar mode

Hey EA you guys good....what's happening over there. You got so many people complaining right now and you guys have done nothing. Been waiting a whole month to play superstar just keep getting that stupid error message. Did the government shutdown shut you guys down as well your what!!??
