Event disconnect

I was just playing the Genki Force CPU level 2 event when suddenly in the middle of gameplay it says, “lost connection to EA servers,” even though I had stable internet connection and was able to immediately reconnect. But because of that, I lost the run and my token that I used in game currency that I earned to get. I lost out on possible rewards, power currency, and the token to play the event due to an issue that I had no control over
