Been months since I was able to play superstar mode!! Both my kids who are also using a ps5 can both play superstar mode no problem. Using the same internet connection as I am! Why is it just my account that can’t use it?! Again been MONTHS!!!!!
I have been having an issue with superstar mode for 3 months. Now. I even erased the entire game and started over again and it still won't let me in. EA sports should give everybody a refund.This is ridiculous. I only buy the game to play Superstar mode. I don't play Ultimate team. I don't play online against people. All I want is to play Superstar mode. That's why I spent seventy dollars. I hadn't bought madden in 4 years. Leading up to this because of these reasons. And now I know I will never buy a madden game again. I can't wait for them to lose the n f l.License so another company can make an n f l licensed football game
That’s what I’m saying. Can’t use a mode and just talked to customer support and their solution was to continue waiting. They have lots of complaints and working on this as fast as possible. I mean 3 months of waiting and no solutions don’t want to hold me breathe!
I also haven't bought madden in years and came back just because of superstar. This broken mode for months and the fact u literally can't even play superstar mode without a working internet connection is the reason I'm done with it. I hope they lose their nfl license and we get another gameday or blitz or Bob Ross presents madden football, hell idk haha. Something has to be better than this trash.
I’m on Xbox series x and I’ve been having the same **bleep** issues for months as well! I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, unliked, delinked and still same dumb error!!
