Its been 8 days. EIGHT DAYS without so much as acknowledging this issue. No one's pre-game roster edits save. It has made an entire portion of the game unplayable since the 18th. Blatant negligent misrepresentation + false advertising class action lawsuit level incompetence.
Dawg idk why this is taking so long, I haven't played in over a week because of this issue alone. I am not tryna pause the game and try to do my depth chart in 30 seconds every game. Tf is taking so long?
Madden 26 is showing why there needs to be another developer making these games.
We as paying customers are SOL because EA contention is that we have no other options when it comes to NFL video games. I mean look at this bug for weeks already and still no fix and no acknowledgement. A big slap to the face for all the customers that paid money(over 50 dollars) for a game that's poorly functioning and full of bugs. As I'm writing this I get an email from EA that "my rank has increased in forums". Why would anyone on earth care about that? How about fix these buggy games.
It’s total BULLSHT. They don’t give a **bleep**. We’ve been btching about this since last Tuesday I believe. Any other company has the garbage they put out, fixed in under 24hrs. MADDEN has to be outsourcing to other countries or some **bleep**. There’s literally zero reason for this to be an issue, it for it to take so long to fix. As a coder, my brother in law and myself could have this garbage fixed righteously. They’re also at the wheel and laughing at those of us who stupidly buy their trash year after year. I'm done. SONY is refunding my purchase and letting me keep this garbage. HOW TF is a COLLEGE FOOTBALL GAME BETTER than the NFL game?

Either everyone demands a refund, or this isn't getting fixed and nothing will change. Demand your refund as I did on every console I bought the game for, (myself, my kids, little brother, & my nephew). I’ve gotten 3 refunds from Sony so far, still 5 more to go. IT’S THE ONLY WAY!

Like I said on another thread when I spoke to someone at EA they said their tests show no issue with the depth charts. I promptly directed them to these boards and they still claim their tests show no issue

I’m with You on a class act suit.. This is incredible how so many people spend so much money to enjoy they’re Christmas & all this going on..
Up to 5+ refunds, won’t say how many but nothing will change unless you guys do the same.
