Franchise: FA Active Negotiations Bug

This bug has been around now for at least 4 Maddens.   

The Active Negotiations need to be coded to delete all active negotiations at the end of FA.  This usually occurs when you place a bid on a player and they don’t accept it and you Advance to FA Recap.   The Active Negotiation carries for every subsequent season in Madden Franchise.   Ludicrous this is still a thing.
