Franchise is Broken

First off I haven’t seen the 3 presentations on franchise no mnf or tnf just the white basic screen on franchise

second after I play one game the next game the crowd noise goes away even the music in tha background goes away 

I can’t run the ball it’s like the defense line overpowers my offense line
