Franchise mode injurys only happen to AI team

I've been dealing with a bug the last few weeks on PC that has made franchise mode unplayable. Only the opposing AI team gets hurt no matter what I do. I've tried maxing out injury and fatigue sliders which just results in AI team having a player hurt after every or every other play while i would literally play a full, 10-minute quarter game without a single injury. I've also tired turning wear and tear off, multiple different new franchise saves and all combinations I could think of to no avail. Also, during this time my buddy who also plays on PC has not had this issue.
