Freezing, error codes, etc

I've seen a few people post about this, but haven't seen any response from the forum admins.

Since the last update, MUT is all but unplayable. It is constantly freezing and then you get a message saying "The server is unable to process your request at this time." I can't play most challenges because I keep getting this message. I haven't been able to access my items or sets for days.

Can an admin please respond and tell us that EA is aware of the problem (even if they won't do anything about it).
