Frozen screen

Hello EA, when i sale an item in mut26 while I'm playing against the cpu or human my screen freezes in-game. I boot up my system and right when i get in to the mut26 menu it says item sold and then i check  my standings weather i played the cpu or a human it shows that i have a loss on the game I played when my computer froze.
