Game freezes when switching play calling tabs to "Favorites"

I'm playing on PS4 and everytime I go to the "Favorites" play tab, the game freezes for 20 seconds or longer. I've had to completely close the game multiple times, and when I've gotten back into the ...

This works for me. 
I went in to practice mode and deleted all the duplicates in favorite plays. After every game I exit franchise and go back to practice mode and check if there are any duplicates and erase them I if need to. So far it has been working and I have stopped getting duplicates altogether now.
