Unable to use Dualsense PS5 Controller on Madden through EA App

I recently downloaded Madden 26 with EA Play Pro on PC, and I was planning on playing with my ps5 controller. I have exhausted every option I can think of, and I can not get the game to recognize my controller, only my keyboard and mouse inputs.

On an updated Windows 11, I have connected my controller to my PC through bluetooth. Other programs have no issue recognizing the controller, or using it. With Madden, it will not recognize it. I have tried it with a wired connection, and it will not recognize it. I tried a few different options from searching the Internet, such as disabling the EA App Overlay, making sure Steam isn't open in the background, and waiting to connect the controller until the game starts up.

Nothing has worked, and because of this I am currently unable to play this game.
