Game not loading properly

I had this issue at first but once I updated the game so it’s up to date it fixed it so try updating your games if you haven’t 

Still an issue on ps5, restoring licenses did not work. ☠️

Restore license for the game. For Playstation press start on game select and restore license is towards the bottom of that menu 

So is it still doing it or it’s not doing anymore

So as of this morning I havent had the same issues I was yesterday. I dont if EA fixed it or if it was fixed when I moved it from my console storage to my ssd but the last time I did this it worked for awhile then went back to getting stuck at the loading screen after a few hours

Same issue on x box as well 

Wait does the superstar thing work now because before when you would finish your game it wouldn’t take you to the main page because it wouldn’t load so does it work now?

Same issue EA. What troubleshooting steps should we take?
