Glitch in Coverage while making adjustments

I play with the Commanders along with Dan Q's defense. I like to run Cover 3 along with adjusting the curl flats to Underneath. While I'm doing this i also like to put my DE on QB spy. When I do this...

I posted the same thing last week. Nothing is being done about it. I've lost plenty of games from blown assignments
