H2H update roster glitch

Every time I try going into an online game it asks me to update the roster (which I have to do every single time I decide to join the queue of an online match) can we have an update to fix this tired of using borrowed time to fix my complete depth with on 30 seconds online per pause, which you only get 1-2 attempts to pause. Very frustrating! Also for Franchise mode we can’t start on week 17 even though we’ve already been through 3 games, it’s getting really obvious that the madden devs are just getting lazier as the weeks progress, people want to enjoy the things they pay for, not just mut users man!! Get this under control!
