Ineligible receiver downfield issue/bug

Hi, I just wanted to report an issue where there was a lineman that I went over one yard and I think in football if he does that its  ineligible receiver downfield. I never got the flag and the receiver caught the ball on the play kept going. I attached the video please take a look and let me know.
