Superstar Mode Glitch

I just want to use my other characters bro. I made a post in December, still not fixed and no reply, Madden 27 is about to be here bro. I genuinely just wanna use the main feature in the game. Is that too much to ask for? Also I can’t change my gear. Everytime I try and swap characters, an attention notice pops up that says “There was an error retrieving the data. Please, try again later.” Please just fix this man. I beg.
