Ineligible receiver downfield issue/bug

Hi, I just wanted to report an issue where there was a lineman that I went over one yard and I think in football if he does that its ineligible receiver downfield. I never got the flag and the receiver caught the ball on the play kept going. I attached the video please take a look and let me know.

The ineligible downfield setting is unable to be turned on in Franchise mode on the PS5. The option is not available in the gameplay sliders menu, and displays as turned off (and unable to be toggled on) in the in game menu
