Madden took away rank points in h2h online

Yoo,  I was around 3,500 rank points yesterday before I played a game.  After I won the game, the person quit and I seen Madden take away 300-400 points. Put me back at 3,200. I was thinking maybe it was glitched because I made 8 other people quit as well. But I recently played a couple full games & still didn't get a fix so idk. First time I ever seen that happened, C'mon Madden smh
