infinite loading madden 26 superstar

I can't play superstar anymore because every time I open it it goes to the settings page for the last character I tried to create and trying to continue from that page makes it go into an infinite loading screen, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, verifying game files, turning on vsync, using d3x11, and going into quick play first is there anything else to fix this>
