Lost my entry to Genki event CPU Level 3

After hearing about this CPU even from someone else I spent the last few days grinding out the first 2 levels for upwards of 5 hours in order to get the entry token for level 3. Just for when I actually got the entry token for my screen to go black and by the time I loaded the game back up my entry token was gone with not even power to even buy a new one. I just spent most of the rest of the coins I had just so I could quick sell them in order to access the event again.
