Madden 26 crashing when trying to connect to H2H or Ranked Games

It's been about over a week now since my Madden 26 started crashing when trying to play H2H or Ranked Games. The game will allow a ranked game or H2H game to be created, opponents can enter the game lobby, but will not transition to the game play. Madden 26 will then revert back to the game select mode screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my Madden 26, I've tried the Restore license option, I've cleared the cashe option, I've even tried to use the Manual DNS input option. Nothing has worked to fix the issue. I've had several live chats going with EA Help, created cases, and no one from EA has either reached out to contact me regarding a resolution to the problem.
