Madden 26 franchise not saving

someone please help. I don’t know why but this randomly started happening. Now every time I play madden 26 franchise mode right after I get bored and wanna turn it off it deletes and won’t save and next time I wanna play the same franchise it’s not there. Someone please help, thank you.

    Omg this same exact thing is happening to me and i dont know how to fix it have you figured anything out or it still doesn’t work for you either?
