Ever since the update a few days ago, my Superstar mode hasn’t been working. It keeps giving me an error message “An error has occurred. Please try again.”. This problem needs to be fixed asap.
doing this for me too! genuinely the only other post i’ve seen about this it’s ridiculous. i’ve used a lot of stuff on my characters to not even get in the game? idek if EA is gonna do anything about it tbh
I have also posted this in the technical issues and a select few others have but it’s been probably 5 days or so since it’s been broken and as far as I know, no one has heard anything yet. Hopefully we get access soon
Same thing happening with me too. ea always neglects superstar mode. it's a new bug every single update, it's absurd.
Another update and I’m still having the same issue. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it and still can’t play Superstar mode.
I've not been able to get in superstar mode since the Saturday before Superbowl Sunday. I don't think they will ever fix this issue.
