Since the new madden 26 update has come out I'm unable to play superstar mode. every time I try to play the mode I get one of two messages either "An error has occurred. Try again later." or "Couldn't retrieve your superstar saves information. Try again later." This is the only mode it does it for as I'm able to play online ultimate team and franchise mode. To try and solve this problem I have uninstalled madden 26 two time, I have reset my Xbox series X, I have cleared local saved games and I have still not hade a solution. Any help would be appreciated as this is quite frankly unacceptable and frustrating. For a £70 game.
Yeah I actually just started getting this **bleep** today or should I say yesterday because I just had it happen to get a new Xbox series X well long story short I was without an Xbox for 2 weeks so I got or should I say reinstall Madden anyway I was getting error codes I can't pick my guy I can't swap to my other guy and then if you're trying to change or get to your like your XP boost I actually accidentally figure out a way it was what I did is I switched my settings from performance mode to visual or resolution or whatever you want to switch it to then go back and it should work but you still can't really pick anything you can't change your hair you can't do anything it's so stupid and I think it's because it is update it's really annoying especially for somebody like me who like bought Madden for the first time this year I played it like almost every year but the first time I bought it. Anyway if this helps you a little bit that's great and if anybody can tell me if there's any other way let me know thanks but yeah seriously they should be on top of this **bleep** it seems like it's been going on for a while.
