Its been 4 months since ive been able to log into my superstar mode. It keeps giving me an Error (263). Feel like ive wasted my money
I have not been able to access my superstar mode in over 5-6 months. That’s nearly half the lifespan of the game…. I’ve seen others suggest to unlinked my ea account and reconnect but that didn’t work for me. Now I can’t unlink it until June of this year? Like how broken can EA be that they haven’t fixed this? When attempting to enter the mode I get the error message with code. I’ve been a loyal EA/Madden player for decades. Literally my account has been active since 2007. This bug and the lack of care from EA to provide feedback or a real fix has me seriously considering just being done with it for good. The NFL made a poor cash grab decision to stay exclusive with EA. To think what could have been had 2k gotten seriously back into the mix. Just total distain for their customers by EA…
