Been like this for 6 months now has anyone figured out how to fix this problem I check it almost everyday yet I get the same error message!

I had to make a new email account and start a new ea sports account and then link it to my psn account and it works
Many of us concluded several months ago that the issue was caused by a software update that corrupted the data connection between the game and the required EA Sports user account. The truth is the customers did not cause this data corruption, EA Sports did.
There are two ways to fix this issue. The first is to find out the cause of the data corruption and fix the issue. The second is to allow customers a ready method to delete their current EA account and replace it. Some people don't wish to get an additional email address just to fix an issue with a video game, especially when the issue was caused by the company.
That's more the case when the same issue that caused the data corruption may happen with any replacement account using a different email address.
