everytime i click on superstar in madden 26 to go to my player it says error has occurred please contact ea support or ea forums it’s been like this since october of 2025 it’s now march of 2026 please fix this

Does anybody else get this code ?
Having a problem where I can’t play superstar mode every time I load in I get error code 263
every time I tru enter super star it says theirs a error
