Madden 26 Ultimate team pvp broken

So apparently if you are in bronze 1 every single game you deal with is either cheaters or a 95-99 overall team so I can't even pass one rank because of it. Also EA thought it was a good idea not to allow to report bugs or cheaters within games you can only report their team name.
